122 square meters apartment in a new building in Kyiv was returned to the client from Alfa-Bank by the judgement of the first instance. Ukrsotsbank's (as the legal predecessor) actions on withdrawal of the client's real estate are declared illegal by the court. Decisions of the state registrar and records on the bank's ownership of the apartment in the State Register of Real Estate Rights were revoked.
The trial lasted 5 months. Negotiations on a compromise settlement of the client’s credit obligations are being held.
