Ruling of Supreme Court in favor of client in tax dispute for 4,600 million UAH.
The final decision in a lawsuit was made by the Cassation Administrative Court. The unreasonableness of accrual of UAH 4 million income tax and UAH 0.6 million fine is confirmed. The cassation appeal of the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Kyiv was rejected and the previous cancellation of the tax notice-decision was upheld.
The dispute arose due to the tax department's doubts about the reality of the client's business transactions.
The case has been considered by the courts repeatedly since 2012.
