Сontractors and terms of purchase of an exclusive apartment and parking in «HIDDEN» residential complex on Pechersk in Kyiv were inspected for the client at the transaction price of UAH 15.5 million. Recommendations for supplementing the terms of the preliminary and main contract for the purchase of an apartment and the agreement on the acquisition of rights to a parking space under a forward contract have been provided. The seller's rights to the new buildings and the powers to enter into agreements on behalf of the venture corporate investment fund and the asset management company were tested.
