Legal support for resolving a dispute between the co-owners of a shoe boutique near the Olympic Stadium was completed. It was about selling each other a share of the premises when withdrawing the business and protection in a lawsuit for the collection of the debt.

Due to a change in the square of the premises during the reconstruction of the store and discrepancies in the title documents, it was not possible to complete the sale on the agreed date in the fall of 2019, although the client received an advance payment.

Because of this, the buyer filed a claim, and after the war began, a lawsuit to collect the advance payment and interest from the client, who left for England. Therefore, the trial took place in Zaporizhia without the client’s participation, with the adoption of an absentee court decision and the imposition of arrests on the client’s real estate and bank accounts.

In parallel, real estate documents were put in order, and work was done to assist the parties in agreeing on compromise terms and concluding a settlement agreement.

As a result of 14 months of legal support, the client's share in the store premises was sold, the court case is closed, and the dispute has been exhausted.
