Legal review of real estate purchase in a hotel complex in the Carpathians near Yaremche.
For the client a check was made of counterparties and conditions for purchasing of apartments in a hotel and tourist complex in the village of Polyanytsia near Yaremche in the Carpathians. Recommendations were provided on supplementing the terms of the contract of sale of property rights with a deferred clause under a derivative contract (forward), as well as the preliminary contract for the lease of apartments and their management. The seller's right to the land plot, the object of the new building, the performance of construction work, the availability, grounds and consequences of encumbrances and forbiddances on real estate were verified.
Amendments were provided to establish the seller's liability in case of violation of contractual guarantees or termination of the agreement by the buyer due to improper actions of the seller.
