A case on protection client against inflation interest collection is launched. A claim was brought before court by the bank in 2021 after the taking of a mortgaged vehicle in 2013. The legal position of objections is developed. A counterclaim has been filed with the bank for recovery of unreasonably received loan amounts upon recognition of the notary's writ of execution as unenforceable by court. A trial is pending.
