It was a tough week! Urgent and sufficient actions are needed. Such cases’ complexity is that you start a struggle with ‘wrapped’ eyes. Raiders do everything hidden and you reveal that your real estate was transferred to a third person’s property title by the last buyer or in an enforcement proceeding’s auction on «SEТАМ» (electronic system for the sale of the arrested property in Ukraine). 

Consequently, a quick collection of evidence and legal counteraction is important via registers, notarial, police and state registration bodies.  
Immediate commencing of a criminal proceeding, bringing a reasonable claim before a court and taking preventive legal actions on this stage are critically necessary. 
I’m content, that everything urgent was done and a lawsuit is submitted to the court by Friday. 
Apartment arrest, require of counterfeit documents, evidence collection, examination of signature and a contest in court are ahead.
