The Supreme economic court of Ukraine upheld our complaint on transmission the insolvency proceeding.

The cassation, filed on behalf of the Dutch client, for retrial of the Ukrainian debtor’s insolvency proceedings, on a basis of new circumstances was satisfied by the Supreme economic court of Ukraine (SECU) in full.

As a result, the case was transmitted to the Economic court of Poltavska oblast and not to the court at the location of the bankrupt. SECU agreed with cassation arguments about the impossibility of proceedings the case by the judges of the Economic court of Sumska oblast who do not have a specialization in insolvency proceedings. Legal services Ukraine.
