When a court considering client's claim, the renter voluntarily paid the debt and penalties for renting an office of 250 sq.m. after 6 hearings. The court's decision compensated the attorney's fee, travel and accommodation expenses of the client's representative to the court in Lviv in full at the expense of ‘Meest Express’ Trading House.

The case was complicated by falsified objections regarding the impossibility of using the premises due to the fault of the owner and third parties.
