Case of declaring invalid a unilateral termination of agreement by State Television and Radio for UAH 1.8 million.

A legal analysis of client’s dispute over the unilateral termination of the contract for video production and distribution was carried out. A package of written proofs has been collected. The factual and legal substantiation of the claim for invalidation of the contract termination is executed. The lawsuit was filed in commercial court. A preliminary hearing is expected.
